Kobe Steakhouse offers free delivery through the United States Postal Service (USPS) to the continental USA for all orders of $25 or more.
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email with your order summary and order number. Please hold onto this order information for future reference.
Processing and handling times may vary from 1 to 3 days prior to shipping the order out.
Once your order has been processes and handled, your order will be shipped using USPS first class mail and so will not have tracking information.
All orders will typically arrive at the shipping address between 1-7 business days, although delays with the carrier and other unforeseeable circumstances and events may delay the arrival of your order.
After orders are shipped, we cannot make any additional changes to your order. If your order has not been shipped, please contact one of our restaurant managers so we help make any necessary adjustments to your order.
We currently ship orders to residential, commercial, P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses in the USA as well as its protectorates and territories.
