For more than 25 years, Derek Bordeaux has performed in Southern California and Las Vegas, becoming one of the most sought-after artists for his sultry renditions of Motown classics, Jazz and Blues standards.

Derek's passion for Jazz has given him the chance to play with some of Orange County's best, including: The Wayne Wayne Band, Rob Mullins, Karl Denson, and Barbara Morrison. Derek has also had the opportunity to perform with the Long Beach Municipal Jazz Orchestra, conducted by Larry Curtis.

Lounge Policies:
1. Must be 21 years old and over to enter the lounge or sit at the bar (no exceptions).
2. Ticket purchases only guarantee your seats up till the moment the band begins their performance. Any seats unoccupied at that time will be made available to Kobe Steakhouse. If you are running late, please give us a call so that we will hold your seats till arrival.
3. There is a $20 minimum food or drink purchase requirement per guest. Dinner service begins at 6:30 pm in the lounge.
4. For Larger Parties:
     a. If party members are paying for their tickets individually:
          i. Please ask your guests to purchase their tickets using the same name as the party host. This will allow us to identify which guests need to be seated together. Alternatively, each guest can call the restaurant at 562) 569 – 9969.
     b. All parties of eight or more persons will be presented one check (with a suggested 18% gratuity included). We accept a maximum of two cards for payment.
5. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
      a. Exception: Guests are allowed to bring celebratory desserts (cakes, cupcakes, etc…). The dessert charge is $1 per person ($10 minimum charge).
6. Due to local ABC (California Department of Alcoholic Beverages Control) laws:
     a. No alcoholic beverages can be consumed off premises
